and technology consulting firm dedicated to providing comprehensive
solutions to both government and private enterprise using leading
edge technology.

Infiniti Systems Ltd is
an indigenous Nigerian firm of Business and Information Technology
professionals organised to provide high quality, value added
IT solutions and management support services to financial and
public sector institutions. We specialise in providing professional
and independent advice and support in Information and Financial
Systems.
Our commitment is to add value, build business advantage and
engineer business change for our customers through effective
customer driven application of leading edge IT solution and
new business methods. We aim at making our clients become more
competitive in their market place and more effective in their
internal operations through implementing effective user driven
integrated computerised systems. |
The Company is managed by a team of seasoned professionals who have
acquired various business experiences and have brought in varied expertise
in IT consultancy, banking and accounting. We adopt an inter-disciplinary
approach in meeting our client’s needs by recruiting and retaining
top calibre personnel to achieve our unique total service concept.
We forge business alliances and contacts with technical partners,
major software developers and other strategic service providers for
specialised training needs, technical support and strategic direction.

Our target clientele are
the major banks, large companies including multi-nationals,
government departments, parastatals and other indigenous companies
in the manufacturing, oil, finance and general services industries.
Some of our current clients include Union Bank Plc, Eko International
bank Plc, Econet Wireless, Lagos State, Ogun State, Kwara State,
Nasarawa State, Cross River State, and Akwa Ibom State. |

The People

Our strength
is in the quality of our personnel. Our Board of Directors comprise
eminent and highly distinguished Nigerians while the Company
is managed by a team of highly skilled and dedicated professionals
in Information Technology, Management Consulting, Audit &
Accountancy, Banking and related disciplines.
Infiniti has a highly motivated team of well-qualified young
professionals, with diverse backgrounds and experiences. Our
varied professions and experiences are expertly blended to deliver
service of the highest quality to our clients. |
Our key staff include:
Dapo Apara, Director
Mr Apara graduated with a first class honours degree in Chemical
Engineering from the University of Ife. He then worked with Arthur
Andersen, Lagos between 1986 and 1991 were he qualified as a chartered
accountant in the process of which he won a prize at all stages
of the ICAN exams. He was involved in various audit and consultancy
engagements at companies in the energy, telecommunication, and banking
sectors. Between 1991 and 1996, Mr Apara worked at different levels
in FSB International Banks Plc, Ecobank Plc, and First City Merchant
Bank Ltd before leaving as an Asst. General Manager to go into full-time
business and systems consultancy. During this period, he was involved
in numerous product development efforts leading to him developing
strong skills in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Financial Control
and Information Technology. Mr Apara is now involved in business
consultancy and software development using database management systems.
Mr Apara, who is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants,
also has a Masters degree in Economics from the University of Lagos.
Olumide Ogunmola, Director
Mr. Ogunmola is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
in England and Wales with a second class honours (upper division)
degree in Political Science from the University of Ibadan and an
MBA (Finance) from the U.S International University, California.
He trained and qualified with the firm of Hacker Young, England
between 1986 and 1990 where he managed audit engagements of SME’s
and public companies in varied industries. Thereafter he worked
as an International Tax Manager with the firm of Deloitte &
Touche, UK between 1990 and 1993 where he had responsibilities for
British and European tax compliance and planning matters for over
35 client companies including major international groups. During
this time he was involved in a forensic capacity in the largest
British bank liquidation (Bank of Credit and Commerce International).
Mr. Ogunmola later set up his own practice, Momo Chartered Accountants,
UK, which provided auditing, accountancy, tax advisory, business
and I.T services to SME's and wealthy private individuals. Mr. Ogunmola
is a certified SAP FICO Consultant having trained with the SAP Partner
Academy in Canada and has worked with various project teams in the
implementation of the Financial and Controlling modules of the SAP
R/3 systems for major international clients.
